This is our largest guitar, aimed at the performing stage pro, and the avid enthusiast. It is a departure from “normal” guitars in design. It features a unique double wall system in the guitar sides. They are 5/16” thick, and very stiff. The advantage is that the entire guitar is now rigid from the headstock to the bottom of the guitar. This results in a big voice, with incredible sustain. This guitar also has the Blackwood RIGID NECK system, 2 carbon rods that run from the bottom of the waist to the top of the neck block to add rigidity and sustain. The neck is finished with a hardwax oil product from Germany. The result is a neck that feels very natural, you feel the wood. The neck shape is a modified Vee that has taken years to perfect, it feels amazing in the hands, and your guitar just seems natural and easier to play. Check out the asymmetrical “Staircase” bridge, designed to resist the extra pull of the bass strings, and, it just looks cool. Finally, the guitar has a Torrefied Sitka top. Torrefication ages the wood, the result is a guitar that sounds like a 10-year old “played-in” right from the start.
